We are Sumaato, a Hamburg/Weimar based web agency. By name we are:

We used to study media design at Bauhaus-University Weimar. In May 2005 we founded Sumaato.

I'm a developer myself...

... and I would like to tap the Localizer...

... or I would like to add the content of my web application to your map...

... or I would like to show you my application.

Write us an email at labs[at]sumaato.net. We always love to see brand new web apps and beta test them. And if it's possible, we'd love to add other webservices to show a massive amount of content within the Localizer.

How to provide my own photos?

The Localize bookmarklet is the easiest way to map your images. Read on here...

What's happening next?

We don't know exactly. Maybe Wikipedia articles on the map, right beside the Flickr images? Or your blog entries? Or a client for your cellphone? So many choices. You definitely have to check back, we'll keep you posted.

Or even better: leave your email address to receive the newsletter.

What do you guys live on?

We have a day job: in our web agency Sumaato we offer a variety of services, such as web programming (including complex AJAX und Web 2.0 stuff), concept, design... Sumaato Labs is some kind of a R&D department that is funded by ourselfes.
